Higginson + Cartozian Architects, Inc. is a full service Architectural firm organized in May 2002. Our past and current experience is in K-12 Education, Special Education, Civic, Commercial and Religious Design. We are familiar with many local jurisdiction's building and planning departments and with the processing of plans through the Division of State Architect, California Department of Education and The Office of Public School Construction. Although a newly established firm, the principals have completed a wide variety of projects ranging from small to comprehensive elementary and intermediate schools, as well as numerous commercial projects. The officers of the firm, David Higginson and Darryl K. Cartozian, are both well respected in their field. The firm has repeatedly demonstrated its commitment to exceptional design and a willingness to meet the owners deadlines and project requirements.
