David Higginson, A.I.A., C.E.O.

Mr. David Higginson, A.I.A., is an owner and Chief Executive Officer in the firm of Higginson + Cartozian Architects, Inc. Graduating from The Phoenix Institute of Technology, he holds a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Administration. He is currently attending the University of Redlands Business and Management Degree Program. Mr. Higginson is a licensed Architect in the State of California and is a Member of the American Institute of Architects and the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (C.A.S.H.). He is currently in the process of obtaining his NCARB Certification. He has been certified through the Safety Assessment Program by the State of California Office of Emergency Services. He has personally managed projects ranging in scope from small remodel projects to multi-million dollar school facilities.
 
David is an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, is active in Men’s Ministries through his church, and is involved with the mentoring of high school and college students interested in the architectural profession. David also enjoys practicing and teaching the Martial Arts, working on his classic car and fly-fishing.
